Who We Are Looking For

Service Desk Coordinator

This isn't just a back-office support role. This is the central hub of our daily operations.

The Service Desk Coordinator maintains a bird's-eye view of where everyone is, what's happening at client sites, and whether everything is running as it should. If there's a bottleneck, you're the first to spot it—and the first to act.

We are a smaller company with clear expertise. We don't do "corporate," but we take professional, functional operations seriously. For us, this role is essential.

What the role looks like in practice

  • System management: Daily work within our internal system—managing, verifying, and updating data.

  • Team oversight: Keeping track of IT technicians' presence and availability across the Czech Republic and Slovakia (and occasionally abroad).

  • Task monitoring: Overseeing the start and finish of tasks and ensuring daily workloads are completed.

  • Capacity management: Planning, redistributing resources, and resolving scheduling gaps.

  • Quality control: Checking completed tasks for alignment with project or order specifications.

  • Lead processing: Sorting new inquiries and collaborating with the sales department.

  • Communication: Acting as a bridge between technicians and clients regarding assignments, changes, or clarifications.

In short: You keep the engine running and under control.

Going beyond daily operations

  • Collecting feedback to improve our internal system.

  • Assisting with the implementation of new features.

  • Helping set up sustainable processes for the long term.

Who we are looking for

We need someone who can carry the weight of responsibility. Someone who thrives on organization, enjoys having a clear overview, and never lets things "fester."

Technical Skills:

  • Foundational IT knowledge: General orientation in IT infrastructure (HW, SW, OS, Cloud).

  • IT Terminology: Familiarity with standard support terms (LAN/WAN, router, firewall, rack, etc.).

  • English: Daily use at a minimum B2 level.

Personality:

  • You react quickly but stay composed.

  • You can be helpful while remaining firm and consistent.

  • You take ownership of tasks and see them through to the end.

  • You have an eye for detail and excellent time management.

  • New technologies don't intimidate you.

IT Engineer Junior

  • A new colleague with an interest in IT and current technologies
  • You have a pleasant demeanor, the ability to independently solve client tasks, a willingness to learn new things and, most importantly, responsibility
  • Do you know about TCP/IP networking, PC hardware, Active Directory, MS Windows Server, Linux/Debian, Windows 10 and Office 365, Mac OS? This is an advantage but not a requirement
  • You have a clean criminal record
  • You are an active driver
  • Proficient in B2 level

IT Engineer L1

If you have worked in a similar position for one year, this position is for you

What can you expect?

  • Communication with the customer in Czech and English
  • Providing professional support in the field of HW/SW
  • Installation and configuration of network elements
  • Managing Microsoft, Mac OS and Linux servers and client PCs and laptops

Who are we looking for?

  • You have worked in a similar position for at least 1 year
  • You can communicate with clients in English at an appropriate B2 level
  • You can communicate with the client in English at an appropriate B2 level
  • You are interested in IT and the current technologies used
  • You are familiar with TCP/IP networking, PC hardware, Active Directory, MS Windows Server, Linux/Debian, Windows 10 and Office 365, Mac OS
  • You have a clean criminal record
  • You are an active driver

IT Engineer L2

Position for a professional with 3 years of experience in the field

What can you expect?

  • Communication with the customer in Czech and English
  • Providing professional support in the field of HW/SW.
  • Installation and configuration of network elements
  • Managing Microsoft, Mac OS and Linux servers and client PCs and laptops.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have worked in a similar position for at least 3 years
  • You are able to work independently on client tasks such as installation, configuration, or other troubleshooting
  • You have a pleasant demeanor, self-initiative and responsibility
  • You have no problem training clients in a clear manner
  • You are familiar with TCP/IP networking, PC hardware, Active Directory, MS Windows Server, Linux/Debian, Windows 10 and Office 365,Mac OS
  • You have done wireless network coverage testing
  • You have a clean criminal record
  • You are an active driver
  • You can communicate with the client in English at an appropriate B2 level
